Greetings to you all from the Millennium Fraternity.  It’s a proud moment for us to have the first batch of class XII appearing for their board exams. The session 2014-15 was a fruitful year where we scaled new heights, faced new challenges and emerged as winners. Our students made us proud by excelling in curricular as well as co curricular activities.  The Millennium school Noida proudly lifted the Overall Rolling Trophy in the Inter millennium Cultural meet at TMS, Panipat.  Our students made us proud by their performance in Olympiads, sports and cultural activities. We take this opportunity to extend our heart felt gratitude to all our wonderful parents for the support you gave us through out the year.

We would like to draw the curtains on this academic year with a Graduation Ceremony for the Little Millennium & PTM for the students of classes I to IX.

Kindly note the following details and please do get in touch with us in case of any queries:

Graduation Ceremonywill be held on the 27^th of March 2015 as per the programme schedule that has been sent to you all.

PTM for classes Prep-IX class will be held on the : 27^th March 2015

Time Slots will be communicated by the respective class teachers by next week.

Session Break:

The session break for the current academic session will be from  28^th March 2015- 5^th April  2015 (both days inclusive)

New Session:  The new session starts on the 6^th Of April 2015, and we would be following the summer timings i.e., 8:00 am – 12 noon for pre-primary and 8:00 am – 2:30 m for classes I –XII respectively.

Please note that 14^th April(Tuesday will be a holiday on account of Dr. Ambedkar Jayanti

Summer Break:  The summer vacations will commence as follows:

-Pre-primary –V          From 16^th May  to  30^th June 2015. ( Both Days Inclusive)

-Classes VI-XII                      From 29^th May to 30^th  June 2015 . ( Both Days Inclusive)

We will be organizing a Summer Camp for the students of classes Prep – V from 18^th May – 29^th May.  Details will be communicated later.

Books & stationery for the Academic Session 2015-16- for Online registration ,school code is TMS 003.

Books : To make things easier for our  parents , we have made it possible for all of you to purchase the books through our online portal. The details will be mentioned in the mail that you will receive from the class teacher. Please feel free to revert back to us for any concern or query.  Stationery items will have to be purchased by the parents except for the printed note books and other mandatory items as per the enclosed list.

Stationary : Stationery  has to be purchased by the parent. The stationary for classes Prep to I has to be deposited to the respective Class Teachers.

For Mandatory Items : The mandatory items that has to be purchased will be available from the school book  store w.e.f. 24^th March 2015 to 1^st April 2015.The Parents are requested to pay in CASH only for  the same. The timing will be  between 8.30 am to 1.30 pm.

Uniform Shop:  will be open on all the working days between 9.00 am to 2.00 pm. The students are required to wear summer uniform w.e.f. 06^th April 2015.

Transport: Since the summer timings have started, buses will pick the children about half an hour earlier than that of the winter timing and dropped half an hour earlier.

Fee Structure:  Parents are requested to pay fee for Quarter I (Apr’15 to June’15)on the respective PTM days or  on any working day between  8.30 am to 1.30 pm. Late fee charges will be applicable w.e.f. 10^th of April’2015.

Though we had no fee hike for the past couple of years, looking at the current inflationary trends, we had to revamp the fee structure and the transport charges. The revised fee structure and transport charges are listed below:

Fee for session 2015-2016 for existing students:

Annual Fee     :  Rs. 16,200/-(No concession for siblings,)

Tuition Fee     :  Rs .17,820/-(Class Pre Nursery to Vth & Rs. 16,040/- for the sibling)

Tuition Fee     :  Rs .18,630/-(Class VI -X onwards & Rs. 16,770/- for the sibling))

Tuition Fee     :  Rs .19,440/-(Class XI-XII & Rs. 17,500/- for the sibling)

Smart class     :  Rs .750/-(Class XI-XII)

Lab Charges   :  Rs. 750/- per lab per quarter(Class XI-XII)

CMPC fee      : Rs. 1,350/-(From Classes IV to X and only applicable to those who have received the CMPC)

Transport Fee:  (For April –May’15 only, as we are not charging for summer vacation)

The above fees should be paid/dropped in single local cheque/DD (complete in all respect, without overwriting & cutting) along with duly filled in Fee slip at the school office (Axis Bank Drop Box) between 8.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. on all working days till 10^th of April’2015.

Parents are requested to deposit/transfer cheque /amount ONLY IN AXIS BANK and not in any other bank. Details are as under:

Please note that Fee without Fee Booklet would not be accepted in any case.

Late fee @ Rs. 50/- per day will be charged for payment received after 10th of April’2015. In case of a dishonored cheque due to any reason, an additional fine of Rs. 500/- will be charged along with late fee fine.

process for Online Books purchase registration: School ID-           TMS003

A. Online :

1. We are pleased to intimate that   we would be selling our MLS books meant for  TMS schools this year  through an online portal http://www.books4me.in .

2. Parents are required to register themselves with their ward (s) details and pay online to get the books in time.  They are required to have the following details while ordering books

3. Once the parent logs the order successfully, the books would be sent within 7 days.

B .  If the parent cannot order online than they can order via DD (demand draft- including transport cost) and the school can order on their behalf   and  the delivery will be done at  School address.

Meal Program:  Snack meal will be provided for the pre primary children in the school cafeteria.

 Breakfast & lunch will be provided for classes Pre Nur to XII.  The CASH charges for the same are as follows

( Apr’15 to May’15): Pre-Primary classes: Pre Nursery – Nursery -KG    Snack meal & Lunch meal = 1600/-
