The Internal Safety Security Audit Committee (ISSAC) has conducted two successful and fruitful audits in the past year, after the inception of the committee in the month of October. Though we had initially planned to conduct an audit each month, taking into consideration the extended winter break and loss of academic days the 3rd ISSAC Audit will now be conducted on 16th February 2018. Five new parents have been shortlisted to be a part of Internal Safety Security Audit Committee, teachers and administration members remaining the same.

The audit will start with a pre-conferencing session where the audit plan will be discussed and the audit checklist will be shared. Thereafter the committee will proceed for the audit.
On the basis of the committee’s recommendations an audit report will be generated categorizing the plan of action as below:

Green Beneficial Will be taken for further consideration
Yellow Necessary Will be closed within 72 hours
Red Urgent Will be closed within 48 hours
A closing report prepared by the audit committee will be drafted and shared with the PTA body and the Management Committee. The same will be shared with all the parents through Fliplearn and the school website www.themillenniumschools.com
Kindly Note:
Starting with the new academic session in April, the ISSAC Audit will be conducted once in each quarter, for we have been doing it regularly and the school fares satisfactorily on more than 90% of the parameters. However, the school’s audit committee will continue to conduct monthly safety and security audits.
