To keep the children engaged productively in these testing and stressful times, DIOS(District Inspector Of School) Noida has taken a great initiative by organizing an online competition to make children aware about the reasons for the spread of COVID-19 and it’s prevention measures.

A. Junior Category: 6-8
Poster Making/ Painting/ Cartoon Making on ‘A wayto prevent Corona’ or ‘A picture of the Corona Virus’
Date: 29-03-2020 to 31-03-2020
B. Senior Category: 9-12
1. Essay Writing: On ‘How essentialit is know about the symptoms of Corona virus and its preventive measures’ in 250 words.
Points to be included- i) severity of the disease ii) importance of obeying government orders iii) importance of social distancing
Date: 01-04-2020 to 31-03-2020
2. Slogan Writing- Prepare a slogan on ‘Corona Prevention and Awakening’
Date: 05-04-2020 to 08-04-2020
3. Poem/ Song Writing- On the basis of the line, ‘Let’s together fight Corona’, write a poem/song of 12 lines.
Date: 09-04-2020 to 11-04-2020
4. Speech Competition: ‘The best way to fight Corona is Cleanliness, Safety and Resolution’ or ‘Caution to Avoid Corona’ in 3 minutes.
Date: 12-04-2020 to 13-04-2020
Kindly submit/ mail the entries with the child’s photograph, name, class and name of the school as per the date of the competition to ghsssalempur@gmail.com as well as to the class teacher.
Prize: The winning students will be awarded and honoured at district level.
