Fees Circular Q1 2016-2017

Dear Parents,                                                                                                         

Greetings from the Millennium Fraternity.  It’s a proud moment for us to have the second batch of class XII appearing for their board exams. The session 2015-16 was a fruitful year where we scaled new heights, faced new challenges and emerged as winners. Our students made us proud by excelling in curricular as well as co curricular activities i.e. Olympiads, sports and cultural activities. We take this opportunity to extend our heart felt gratitude to all our wonderful parents for the support you gave us throughout the year.  At every moment we felt that The Millennium Family stood together.

It gave us  immense pride and honour to receive the coveted  International Award for impelling innovative pedagogy at the “World Education Summit” in Dubai.

Our student Shreya khaitan made us proud by scoring 96.5% aggregate and 100% in psychology and she was the proud  recipient  of Rs.30,000 cash award  from UP govt.  Last but not the least we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of you for making the Annual function & Spring Carnival a stupendous success.

We would like to draw the curtains on this academic year with a Graduation Ceremony for the Little Millennium babies & PTM for the students of classes I to IX.

Kindly note the following points and do get in touch with us in case of any queries:

Graduation Ceremonywill be held on the 29^th of March 2016 as per the programme schedule.

PTM for classes I-IX class will be held on the : 28^th March 2016

Time Slots will be communicated by the respective class teachers in due course 

Session Break:The session break for the current academic session will be from  29^th March 2016 to 3^th April  2016 (both days inclusive)

New Session:  The new session starts on  4^th Of April 2016 for existing students and we would be following the summer timings i.e., 8:00 am – 12 noon for pre-primary and 8:00 am – 2:30 Pm for classes I –XII respectively.

Please note that 14^th April(Thursday )will be a holiday on account of Dr. Ambedkar Jayanti & 15^th April For  Ram Navami .

Summer Break:  The summer vacations will commence as follows:

-Pre-primary –V           From 16th May  to  3^rd July 2016. ( Both Days Inclusive)

-Classes VI-XII                       From 28th May to 03^rd July 2016 . ( Both Days Inclusive)

Summer camp for prenursery to Class  V between 16th - 28^th May’16.

Uniform Shop:  will be open on all the working days between 9.30 am to 2.00 pm. The students are required to wear summer uniform w.e.f. 04^th April 2016.

Books & Stationery for the Academic Session 2016-17

Books-Online : To make things easier for our  parents , we have made it possible for all of you to purchase the books through our online portal. The details will be mailed  to  you  by the class teachers. Please feel free to revert back to us for any concern or query.  Stationery items will have to be purchased by the parents except for the printed note books and other mandatory items.

Stationery –From market: Stationery  has to be purchased by the parent. The stationery for classes Prep to I has to be deposited to the respective Class Teachers by 13/4/16 positively.

For Mandatory Items-from School : The mandatory items that has to be purchased will be available from the school w.e.f. 28^th March 2016 to 2^nd April 2016 as per following dates slots. The Parents are requested to pay in CASH only for  the same. The timing will be  between 8.30 am to 1.30 pm on all working days..

Transport: Since the summer timings have started, buses will pick the children about half an hour earlier than that of the winter timing and drop than half an hour earlier.

Fee Structure:  Parents are requested to pay fee for Quarter I (Apr’16 to June’16)on the above mentioned date slots between  8.30 am to 1.30 pm. Late fee charges will be applicable w.e.f. 12^th of April’2016.

Fee for session 2016-2017 for existing students:

Annual Fee     :  Rs. 17,500/-(For all students)

Tuition Fee     :  Rs .19,650/-(Class Pre Nursery to Vth & Rs. 17,685/- for the Elder sibling)

Tuition Fee     :  Rs .20,550/-(Class VI -X onwards & Rs. 18,495/- for the Elder sibling))

Tuition Fee     :  Rs .21,390/-(Class XI-XII & Rs. 19,251/- for the elder sibling)

Smart class     :  Rs .750/-(Class XI-XII)

Lab Charges   :  Rs. 750/- per lab per quarter(Class XI-XII)

CMPC fee      : Rs. 1,350/-(From Classes VI onwards and only applicable to those who have received the CMPC)

Health Care and Student welfare activities-  Rs 750 per quarter /-(For all students)

  Transport Fee:  (For April –May’16 only, as we are not charging for summer vacation)

*An Additional amount of Rs. 100/- per month will be charged from Delhi students.

The above fees should be paid/dropped in single local cheque/DD (complete in all respect, without overwriting & cutting) along with duly filled in Fee slip at the school office (Axis Bank Drop Box) between 8.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. on all working days till 10^th of April’2016.

Parents are requested to deposit/transfer cheque /amount ONLY IN AXIS BANK and not in any other bank. Details are as under:

Please note that Fee without Fee Booklet would not be accepted in any case.

Late fee @ Rs. 50/- per day will be charged for payment received after 10th of April’2016. In case of a dishonored cheque due to any reason, an additional fine of Rs. 500/- will be charged along with late fee fine.
