SPECIAL   ASSEMBLY ON RED CROSS DAY at THE MILLENNIUM SCHOOL, SOUTH CITY , LUCKNOW.

Every year 8th May is celebrated as World Red Cross Day to honor the International Red Cross Crescent Movement founder Henry Dunant, who was born on this day in 1828.

 A special assembly inaugurated the day wherein the members of the MUN Club from the school came forward and presented a marvelous cultural program which comprised of ‘Nukkad Natak’ that revolved around the nitty-gritty of human concern for fellow beings. The students also presented the folk dance which promoted the significance of Red Cross Activity.

The celebration reached its zenith when the school Principal, Dr. Manjula Goswami,South City, Lucknow proposed the vote of thanks and expressed her sense of cordial gratitude towards the students for their splendid performance.
