An overwhelming sensation of pride and confidence embraced the very existence of each and every delegate who participated in the MUN hosted by the Millennium School, one of the leading educational institutions in the capital. The fragrance of confidence, the taste of excitement, the crisp apparels and the resonance of rebuttal pervaded the atmosphere at the opening ceremony of the event on the 16th of October. The event commenced with a traditional Kathak Tarana performance followed by a thought provoking Nukkad naatak.

The honorable Principal of the School, Dr. Goswami welcomed the delegates with her warm words and stated that TMSMUN was an unparalleled educational simulation for the young learners of generation next . MUN is an opportunity to harness and utilize the potential of all aspiring statesmen of the world. It transforms individuals into delegates and delegates into leaders.

The TMSMUN comprises of four committees, namely:

UNHRC (United Nations Human Rights Council)
UNODC (United Nations Office of Drugs and Crime)
UNHSC (United Nations Historic Security Council)
UNMOM (United Nations Ministry of Magic)-an unconventional committee

The Secretary General, Ms. Raghavi Singh declared the meet open, paving the way to two eventful days of fun debating. The chairs and vice-chairs of all committees motivated the delegates to air their opinions without a patch of fear or inhibition.
