Happy Republic Day !!

The Millennium School, South City, Lucknow celebrated 26th January, the 70th Republic Day and the pride of being an Indian with a host of events, marked with a festive spirit. The program began with a welcome speech delivered by the Head Boy followed by the Head Girl of the school.

The Indian tricolour was unfurled with great pride and solemnity. Patriotism reverberated in the air as the students sang the national anthem with respect and ardour. To mark the importance of the day, a plethora of activities like Face painting, Slogan writing, Bookmark making and Speech Competition were conducted in the school premises. The most unique of The Millennium features, awarding the best dressed teachers.... Teachers, who donned their attires best according to the theme of the occasion, were felicitated.The highlight of the event was the song mellifluently sung by  students of Class III  which added patriotic fervor to the ambience. It was a memorable day with cherished memories that would last for a lifetime.
