It was an enthralling experience for the students of The Millennium School, to have participated in YUVA PARYAVARAN LEADER SUMMIT. We are proud to have been a part of such an enlightening series of events which took place from 20th September to 24th September -2014 at Diamond Hotel, Lucknow. Our students:

actively participated and were recognized for their jubilant efforts. The occasion was graced by eminent personalities such as-

3) Shri R.K. Sardana, Director, Directorate of environment, UP Government
4) Shri Anuj Malhotra, Director, Centre for Green Mobility, Ahmedabad
5) Shri Syed Javed Abbas, Chairman UPPCB

Our students received appreciation certificates and gained immense knowledge about the pertinent environmental issues. The five -day summit was thoroughly enjoyed by the students, especially the excursion to IIM, LUCKNOW and Purva Village which is full of Bio-diversity. Mr. Gaurav Kesharwani was the mentor for the event. He gave the students, the opportunity to interact with other students as well. On the whole, it was an excellent learning experience for the students it helped the students in developing awareness about the environment.

The Principal of the school, Dr. Goswami extolled the young crusaders and urged them to stir people to action.
