World Red Cross Day was observed at The Millennium School, South City, on 8th May, 2018 , to recognise the incredible contribution of the millions of  Red Cross Volunteers across the world
 The fundamental principles of humanity, independence, impartiality and neutrality were highlighted during the Session organised for the students.
 With the motto, to mobilize the power of humanity and to teach the learners to prevent and alleviate human suffering. A FIRST AID SKILLS workshop was conducted  to equip the students with basic knowledge of first aid. The students realized that the basic knowledge of first aid could mark the difference between life and death.
 The day reached its zenith when the Principal of the school, Dr. Manjula Goswami exhorted the students to be helping hands and to lead a life of service to reaffirm our commitment to humanity.
