The trip to The Ganga Aquarium
On 24th of February,2018 the students of classes Developing roots and Emerging wings visited the Ganga Aquarium located at Rai Barreily road, Lucknow.
The aim of this excursion was  to make children aware of the marine life and to make them discover the various species of fishes.
The ambience of the" Ganga Aquarium" was very welcoming with its lush green lawns.  with a huge buildingm   These aquariums were a home to various variety of fish. Students were amused to see shoal of fishes dancing together. These included huge fishes like the river shark and cat fish and very small ones also like the tiger fish and gold fish. The silver shark was a major point of attraction amongst the students as they loved to watch its silver body. A small artificial pond was located at the end of the gallery which had carvings and replicas of mermaids with a fountain in between. Students, enthusiastically waited for their turn to watch the fishes and a little turtle in the pond. 
The Principal of the school, Dr. Manjula Goswami encouraged the students  to save and protect these species.The trip ended with students taking back happy memories.
