The Times NIE organized it's Annual News Makers Meet 2018 at Edesia Hotel, Gontinagar, Lucknow to promote the spirit of journalism amongst  the student  fraternity. 

The Millennium School reporters got an opportunity to share the stage with eminent editorial staff and a dignitary of repute was addressed with burning issues related to their field of operation. 

Mr Avinash Awasthi, Principal secretory to U.P Chief Minister was invited for Q&A session. The panel also included TOI Editor Mr Raja Bose and NBT Editor Mr Sudhir Mishra. The session concluded with a Question-Answer round where Mr.Awasthi was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the questions thrown at him by our Young newsmakers. The easiness of the atmosphere allowed the students to freely discuss their opinions and this session inspired many students to rethink their career goals for the future.

The Principal  of the school  Dr Manjula Goswami appreciated the participation of the students and  encouraged them to be a part of more events like this.
