Life is not just about human compassion, ambition and personal success. It is about caring for all and valuing each and every piece of God’s creation.

Today, one of the most magnificent creatures of God is on the brink of extinction…totally disappearing from the face of the Earth - The MAGNIFICENT TIGER. To reiterate this hard fact of life Global Tiger Day was acknowledged at the Millennium School– a cause spear headed by our Principal Dr. Manjula Goswami.

The students of MLS 1 put up a spectacular assembly. It left everybody spell bound. A beautiful skit highlighting the need to be compassionate towards tigers, giving them the right to live with respect and dignity was presented by class III. Not only this, these enthusiasts went on to further enhance the knowledge of all, through awe-facts and description about this regal animal.

One of the highlights of this encompassing assembly was the Parent Talk by Dr. RamLal Singh, personal advisor to the Prime Minister, for conservation of Wild Life. He enlightened the students by giving his talk on photography and generated awareness through a video on wild life.

The assembly ended with the Talent Show where the students showcased their varied talents ranging from skating to drumming.

The school Principal, Dr. Manjula Goswami appreciated the efforts of the little ones and her encouraging words gave a boost to the morales of the young performers.
