The   exuberant students of The Millennium School, Kurukshetra participated in Haryana Schools Tournaments organized by the office of DEO, Kurukshetra in the previous fortnight, and brought laurels to the school by fetching 11gold medals, 20 silver medals and 10 bronze medals in taekwondo, archery, lawn-tennis, badminton, shooting, chess and swimming competitions under various age groups. 9 students have qualified for the State Level Competitions in chess, lawn-tennis, swimming and archery to be held in the next month.
 
The school Principal Dr. A. K. Singh felicitated the participant students, their coaches, teachers and parents for their exemplary performance, guidance and support. He exhorted the students to inculcate in themselves the best facets of sportsmanship i.e. team spirit, leadership, respect for the opponent and resilience which are the basis of the most important personality trait i.e. character. He extended his best wishes to the winners for their upcoming contests.
