May 22 is celebrated as "The International Day for Biological Diversity" (IDB) to increase understanding and awareness on biodiversity issues. The slogan of Biodiversity Day 2021 is “We’re part of the solution”.
The Biodiversity remains the answer to several sustainable development challenges.
During this Lockdown, learners of The Millennium School, Kurukshetra are celebrating the Biodiversity Day by planting trees at or near their home for the protection of environment and to make it free from the diseases. The learners of classes IX and X took an initiative to do this constructive task which was appreciated by their parents and teachers.
