The Millennium School, Kurukshetra celebrated the festival of lights Diwali with immense zeal and vibration. In the first phase of celebrations, all the students cleaned their classes with their teachers to reflect the philosophy that school is a temple and it must also be kept spotless as we keep our worship place. In the second step, a special assembly was conducted to teach the students the sanctity the biggest occasion. Ananya Chhabra of class IV presented the thought of the day. Then, Vidushi of class IV delivered the message of health and hygiene. Tanmay of class V recited a melodious poem on the theme of Diwali. The real show stealers were the Little Millennium students who looked so vibrant at their dance steps. A DJ party was also organized for the students wherein all danced very happily and enjoyed a lot. Principal Dr. A. K. Singh appreciated the students for their spectacular performances and congratulated all the teachers and students. He advised them to celebrate Diwali with care and harmony without spoiling the purity of the surrounding.
