The Millennium school, Kurukshetra organised a “ Fun Trip” to “ Mahendra Chaudhary Zoological Park” on 28th October, 2017. The learners of classes Nursery to class V visited the Chattbir zoo, the teachers talked about the animals with their classes as the “Animal Theme “was planned for the month. The learners enjoyed a lot” HOP ON HOP OFF “in the zoo. It was a great experience for the Millennium learners who were delighted to see different types of birds and animals. They also learnt about their behaviour, conservation status, feeding habits and maintenance and health care. The kids enjoyed the visit and were extremely overjoyed as facilitators briefed them about the animals present in the zoo. It was an amazing place full of greenery, bringing the learners close to the alluring beauty and bounties of nature. The learners visited reptile house and learnt incredible amazing facts about snakes .It was an unforgettable visit which encouraged the learners to take care of environment and keep it well maintained for a healthy life. With a lot of Fun, singing, dancing and games ,learners enjoyed their trip. It was an enjoyable and knowledgeable visit for the learners.
