SCIENCE CARNIVAL- 2022

Students of TMS Prove their Scientific Temperament at Kurukshetra University
Exuberant students of The Millennium School, Kurukshetra proved their mettle in the Science Carnival-2022 being held at Kurukshetra University nowadays. Smridhi of class X has secured the second position in the Story Telling competition on the topic –Indian Contributors in Science and their Work, wherein she told an interesting story on the life of the Nobel prize laureate CV Raman. On the other hand, Avika of class VII has got consolation prize in the same category.
Some more students of the school have also won participation certificate in other competitions. The students gained a lot of knowledge through their active participation.
The prestigious event has been organised by Kurukshetra University. The motto of the event is “Working together for Igniting minds through Science for nature (WIS)”. The objective of the competitions is to inculcate scientific and technological creativity as well as communication skills among the students.
Principal Dr. AK Singh congratulated the winners and appreciated all the participants. He encouraged them to participate in such science based competitions to inculcate scientific temperament in the age of science and technology.
