School picnics are full of fun. Just like learners experience a variety of activities during school life, the memories of school picnics are cherished for a lifetime. The Millennium School, Kurukshetra organized a picnic for learners of grade I to V on 23rd February, 2019. The students with the staff members left for “Tau Devi Lal Park” at Sector-2, Kurukshetra around 9:30 in the morning. The students were enthusiastic for picnic. They brought delicious home-made snacks with them. The picnic gave us the experience of being surrounded by greenery and beauty of nature. The students enjoyed fun games and group activities like Football, Kho-Kho, Hula hoop etc. Many students enjoyed at open gym and swings also. All the students expressed a desire to have a picnic again. Indeed it was a great day for all the students and teachers, as it strengthened the bond between the students and their teachers. It was a sound and safe return trip by 12:00 at noon.
