The Millennium School, Kurukshetra conducted Inter-house Cricket Tournament from 9 October to 11 October 2018. The four houses Agni, Jal, Prithvi and Vaayu took part in this sports event with fervour. Principal Dr. A. K. Singh tossed the coin and the batting and the bowling teams were decided accordingly. In the semi- final matches held on 10 and 11 October, Prithvi house and Vaayu house qualified for the final match. All the players from classes IX- XII had practised for their respective house with much vigour.  The final  match  was won by Vaayu house without losing any  wicket and by chasing the target of 57 runs set by Prithvi house. Lakshay of class XI remained on the pitch till the end of the match and was also declared the ‘Man of the Match’.  Prithvi house stood as the runner-up team. Students of classes XI and XII also enjoyed watching the finals and cheered up the team of their respective house. In the end, Principal Dr. A. K. Singh congratulated the winner teams for their spectacular performances. He also encouraged the students to maintain team-spirit in their life also to lead a more balanced and exemplary life.
