'Labour Day' is celebrated around the world to raise awareness of the rights of working people and to protect them from exploitation. Today The Millennium School celebrated International Labour Day. Students of class IV and teachers took part in a special morning assembly. Students were enlightened about the contribution of labourers to our society and how they are the key components of the growing economy. Each student participated exuberantly and presented a 'Thank you' card to the supporting staff (drivers, conductors, maids, etc.) as a token of love and showed their gratitude towards them.
