An Inter-House General Knowledge Quiz for classes III to V was conducted today in the school multipurpose hall. Each team consisting of four participants from each House i.e. Agni, Jal Prithvi and Vaayu passed through six rounds. Various thought provoking questions based on his, general science, signs and symbols, sports, current affairs, states and their capitals and Indian sobriquets were asked from the participants. There were 2 visual rounds which further made the Quiz more interesting. Ten marks were awarded for the correct answer and five marks for the passed – question. Agni House got1st position, Prithvi House on 2nd and Jal House on third position. Thus, the quiz enhanced the general knowledge of the students and generated their interest in the current affairs, too. Zeal among the participants and audience students was only seen to be believed. Even the audience was also curious to know the answers of the asked questions from the teams. There were two judges also to judge and supervise the quiz.  Principal Dr. A. K. Singh congratulated the winner teams and encouraged the students to be up-dated by reading the newspaper and listening and watching the news.
