Basant Panchami, the birthday of the Goddess Sarasvati  and the symbol  of spring arrival, was celebrated with great fervour and enthusiasm in The Millennium School, Kurukshetra. A special assembly was conducted on this auspicious occasion. Principal, teachers and students paid floral tribute to the Goddess of wisdom, learning and art. The ambiance became spiritual with  Sarasvati Bandana and Basant Song. A speech was delivered and  a poem was recited by the students to specify the uniqueness of the occasion.  All prayed together to  win the special grace of the Goddess for the prosperity of the institution. The teachers and the students of Little Millennium came preferably in the yellow attires. They also brought dishes yellow in colour.  Principal Dr. A. K. Singh extended his greetings to the students to seek success in life. He stated that the day is particularly very important for the students and  the adults who are pursuing and rendering education and knowledge. So, all must beseech for the best blessings of Maa Sharda.
