The Annual Athletic Meet of The Millennium School, Kurukshetra was held on 24 December  in the school playground with great zeal and enthusiasm. Various athletic events viz. march past, ball race, frog race, bag race, zig-zag race, sac race, wheel barrow race, lemon-spoon race, relays, sprints, tug of war etc. were held for the classes Pre-nursery to Twelfth. Chief Guest Mr. Subhash Sudha, MLA Thanesar inaugurated the Athletic Meet by taking the March Past  Salute of the four Houses and hoisting the School Flag. The winners were felicitated with medals and trophies at the end of the Meet. Prithvi House was adjudged as the best Marching House. The trophy for the tug of war was bagged by Agni and Prithvi, and the Overall Championship Trophy was won by Agni House .The exhibited sportsmanship of the exuberant players was acknowledged and applauded by the spectator parents and the dignitaries. Principal Dr. A. K. Singh stated that sports are the best teachers in the playground as they inculcate the best leadership qualities and resilient character in the students to compete with the challenges of life.
