The Millennium Carnival

Dear Parent, Greetings!
It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that The Millennium Carnival will be held on 23rd FEBRUARY 2020, Sunday from 2:30 pm to 09:00 pm at our school campus.
There could be no better way to capture this mood than by creating a festive “carnival” mood depicted through culture, food, entertainment, games and activities. Millennium Carnival is a fantastic platform for our talented children to show their skills, collaborate and communicate with others, while opening up their world to others and with loads of fun and frolic.
We invite you all to make Millennium Carnival a grand success by participating in the following ways:
a. Coupon Booklets:
• Each student will be given a coupon booklet from school; and is required to sell atleast one booklet (with 10 coupons) among family, friends and neighbours. The cost of one booklet is Rs. 500/- to raise funds for the NGO.
• Students can buy as many coupon booklets as they wish from school through the Class Teacher.
• Each Coupon ticket would be treated as Entry ticket for a person and coupon owner has the chance to win exciting prizes at the Lucky Draw during the Fun Fair. This event is open for all your friends and relatives if they have a entry ticket. The ticket can be purchased on the day of event.
2. Stalls (Students and Parents) are invited to take stalls for
(a) Games /Activities;
(b) Food Stall (vegetarian)
(c) Sale of Articles.
As there are a limited number of stalls, the allocation is on a first-come-first-served basis, Games and Food items should be unique and cannot be repeated. The stall size will be approximately 7.5 x 10 feet. Basic lighting, 2 tables and 2 chairs will be provided in each stall.
Senior grade Students will be informed / advised about the types of games/activities. All activities/games have to be innovative and different as far as possible. We will ensure that the students' games/activities are not repetitive in any way. Students can make their own teams among their friends for a stall; or take the assistance of their Class Teacher. You may know there are limited no. Of stalls in every category (Total -60). So, book your stall ASAP.
Parents and students are invited to prepare and sell home-made food/beverages; or they can bring an outside caterer for the same. The quality of food must be of the highest standards. Each stall will have 1 plug point.
3. Stalls Charges : Rs.2000 for any category – Food , Games and sale of article .
(The last date for booking your stall is Feb 07, 2020)
4. Sponsorship
Advertising, Banners & Sponsorship: Please take this opportunity to advertise your business in the following ways:
• 2 Banners/Standees size of the banner would 4 X 2 placed at strategic location –Rs.2000
• Advertisements in the backdrop -Rs.3000
• Canopy – Rs.2000
• You can even Sponsor Lucky Draw prizes (Sponsors' names will be repeatedly announced)
