This is to inform you that there is a Health Assessment scheduled at The Millennium School for students from 8^th to 10^th October 2018 in association with HealthSetGo, our school health partner.

The health assessment will include the following:

 1)  Growth Assessment                                 2) Physical Assessment

 3)  Dental Assessment                                  4) Eye Assessment

We, hereby, request you to avoid any absenteeism of your ward as it’ll lead to missing out on a comprehensive health assessment of your child. The information about the assessment report of your child would be send later.
