Dear Parents, Greetings!

Without heroes, we are all plain people and don’t know how far we can go. In line with these inspiring words, Grade III is all set to have an event titled “My Favourite National Hero”.

Please note the details for the same:

First round will be held on 8^th August 19. The kids will first select their favourite national hero (from any field – literature, army, scientist, etc.) and bring answers to the following questions on a paper.

Why did you choose this person as your national hero?

 What significant contribution has this hero made to the society?

Mention any three qualities of that hero.

The answers need to be presented in a creative way (scrap books, charts, flash cards, etc.). You may also add pictures.

Children will be assessed on :-

 Neatness                            ii) Creativity                        iii) Grammar & Punctuation

Two children from each class per house will be selected for the final round on 13^th August. For this, the children will have to dress up as their hero and speak few lines on them.
