This is to inform you that there’s a Health Assessment scheduled at The Millennium School for students from 5^th to 8^th August 2019 in association with HealthSetGo our school health partner.

The health assessment will include the following:

• Growth Assessment
• Physical Assessment
• Dental Assessment
• Eye Assessment

We, hereby, request you to avoid any absenteeism of your ward as it’ll lead to missing out on a comprehensive health assessment of your child. The information about the assessment report of your child would be send later.
