You can access your Childs Reports by- Logging on to http://parent.healthsetgo.com/ and fill the form under “ Create your HealthsetGo Account”. Enter the “Activation Code” and click on “Let’s Go”. Your Child’s Name :____________________Activation Code: ___________________. Your account is now created to access your child’s health reports. Simultaneously ,if you’ve more than one child ,follow the steps below: Login to your HealthSetGo Account with the login credentials following the above mentioned steps . Select, “Add a Child” from the drop-down on the top-right. Enter the activation code of second child and Continue.
