TMS/CIR-108/19-20 Date: 31st October 2019
Dear Parents, Greetings from The Millennium School!!
INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL AWARDS 2019-20‘FESTIVITIES AROUND THE GLOBE’
“When witches go riding, and black cats are seen, the moon laughs and whispers, ‘tis near HALLOWEEN”
In this academic session 2019-20 The Millennium School Indore has initiated the process to instill global dimension into the learning experience and registered for the British Council International School Awards 2019-20 (ISA).
In continuation to celebrate international themes, one of the themes chosen is Halloween, to create awareness of the festivals celebrated across the world. A ‘HALLOWEEN PARTY’ has been organized for the children of pre-primary wing on Saturday 2nd November, 2019. Halloween is celebrated each year across several European countries. This day marks the end of summer and the harvest festival and beginning of dark and cold winters.
Dressing up in eerie costume and participating in parties and parades at school is a part of the excitement for children. The thought of being transformed into an adventurous Pirate, Batman, Superman, Thanos, Hulk, or cackling Witch is often enough to excite any child! You are requested to dress your ward in Halloween attire and enjoy activities like trick-or-treating, carving jack-o-lanterns, donning costumes and eating treats.
Educationally yours,
The Millennium School, Indore
