Dear Students and Parents,
In honour of the nurturing spirit of motherhood and our commitment
to environmental
conservation, we are pleased to introduce the Ek Ped Maa ke Naam initiative. This program
encourages students to plant a tree as a tribute to their mothers, symbolizing the care and love
that both a mother and nature provide.
We invite
each student to participate by planting a tree and naming it in honor of their mother.
This will not only strengthen their bond with nature but also serve as a lasting tribute to the one
who nurtures them.
Instructions:
 Plant a Tree: Each student is requested to plant a tree in a garden, community space, or
any suitable location as a tribute to their mother.
 Name the Tree: Encourage your child to name the tree in honour of their mother, fostering
a sense of attachment and responsibility.
 Capture the Moment Take a photograph of your child with their newly planted tree and
Share it with their respective class teacher.
 Submission Deadline: Please ensure that the photographs are shared by 31 st August 2024
The tree needs to be nurtured and invested with your ti
me and efforts so that your future
generations can reap the fruits and labour of the same. This initiative is part of our on going
environmental education program, and the most heartfelt moments will be featured on our
school's website and notice board.
Together, let's celebrate the nurturing power of motherhood and contribute to a greener,
healthier Earth.
