Dear Parents, Jai Millennium!

We are  pleased  to announce that we have planned a Summer Camp toSursingdhar, New Tehri, Uttarakhan (6 Nights / 7 Days)for the students of Grades 5-11  between 20^th May 2018 – 30^th May 2018 (Final dates would be shared afterwards through circular).We have organized this with Edterra Edventures.

 This would be the fourth summer camp for our school.

 The journey would be by 3 Tire AC train. Stay has been arranged in Good Hotels. The estimated cost per student has worked out to Rs 19000/-, inclusive of travel, boarding, lodging and camp activities.

 We would encourage children to participate in it as its going to be an exercise on team-building, cooperation, leadership and sharing. The school staff would be accompanying the children. Since it’s a summer camp, only limited seats are available. Hence, booking will be done on first come first serve basis.

To register for the trip, kindly fill in the consent form and return it to the class teacher, by

28^th February 2018, Wednesday positively.

Payment:

The Full program fees has to be submitted before 5^th March 2018. We accept only cheque/DD drawn in favor of “EdTerra Edventures Pvt Ltd” and payable at New Delhi. Please note, dishonored cheques will attract a fee of Rs 500
