Dear Parents, Greetings!!
It is festival time once again and there are times when you feel that it is getting too hot and sweaty in the kitchen. Your kitchen suddenly is like a hot oven for you. There are situations where you feel too lazy to even think of cooking. But with kids at home during holidays, you don’t want to compromise on the food you give them. Do you know that you can even make scrumptious delicacies without using fire? Cooking without fire can be a lot of fun. You can even involve your kids in this and take time to bond with them.
Keeping this in mind a KAANA KHAZANA (Fireless Cooking) competition will be organized in school for grades III to V on 15th October 2018, Monday.
Details are:-
Grade V - Any welcome drink accompanied by a savory snack.
Note :- Please ensure that all the required ingredients to be arranged by the students. The cutting and chopping to be done from home. Any sharp instrument will not be allowed in school. Students are suppose to bring apron, table cloth, tissue papers for hygiene. Also they are required to display recipe on their table, which can be written from home. Time limit is 30 minutes.
Judgment Criteria : Presentation, Nutritive Value, Hygiene & Neatness of workplace, Recipe.
